1. Can I return my Shoes if they're not right?

In the unlikely event that you need to return your Wellness shoes…… because it just doesn’t happen…. call our office on (03) 9752 6586, 0405 328 603 and we will discuss the options available to you. If it’s a sizing issue, we’ll sort out what size you need, ensure it’s in stock, ask you to return the pair you have, then dispatch a replacement the next day. Manufacturer warranty covers you for 12 months from purchase date. If in the unlikely event you need them replaced, we are happy to so long as they are within the 12 month warranty period and are still in stock. We can’t refund for change of mind, but we’re very happy to swap them for something else that takes your fancy! Refer to our T & C’s for more information or watch this video below.

Wellness Footwear's website can process your payment right here on the website by PayPal, credit card or even using the Afterpay system where you buy now, and pay it off. 5. What are the shipping costs?

We have two options to have your order of 1 or multiple pairs sent to you: Australia Post Standard $12.50 Australia Post Express $17.20 Select your choice of standard or express at checkout. We work jolly hard to get your orders out of our warehouse within 24hrs and we'll email your tracking details. But please be mindful that Unfortunately we cannot control how long Australia Post takes to deliver your package. We’re an official licensed Australian owned and operated distributor of Sanita Footwear and very proud manufacturer of our own brand, Wellness Footwear We are conveniently and physically based in Melbourne, Australia to ensure ease of communications should you need us. Wellness Footwear are Australian podiatry designed and ethically and sustainablly manufacturered in China under strict quality guidelines. 9. How to safely stretch my new shoes if they're a little snug

Steam is the key. Hold the shoe over a tub of steam until the inside of the shoe is damp and warm. There are then several methods you can try: - Massage with force the area of the shoe that needs stretching. - If you have one of our stretchers, place it into the shoe and screw out until very firm across where the shoe is tight. Leave the shoes to sit for at least 8 hours to dry - do NOT place over a heat source eg: heater or fan, they must dry naturally - Stuff very firmly with newspaper and let dry naturally overnight. - Alternatively, while damp and warm, push feet into them and wear them in for a couple of hours. 1. How can I track my order?

As soon as you place an order, it is processed and mailed to you within 48hrs. You'll receive tracking via your email address so check your Spam folder if you haven't received one! Call our office on (03) 9752 6586 and we will track your order straight away for you. Deliveries usually take 3 to 10 working days depending on the location. Note that during unusual circumstances and holiday periods, it may take a little longer.

2. When will I receive my Shoes?

Your new shoes leave our warehouse the same or very next day after payment has cleared. We use various couriers so the service is quick…..quite often overnight! Country and remote areas may take up to 10 business days. Check your email for a tracking email from us. Sometimes it may have gone to Spam folder so check there also. If ever you are in doubt, please call (03) 9752 6586 and we will track your delivery for you.
