Small - men up to shoe size 7, women up to size 8
Medium - men shoe size 8 to 10, women size 9 to 12
Large - men upwards of 11, women upwards of 13

We use Australia Post. While they are not always the fastest, what they are is easily trackable, they don't seem to lose packages, and they are accessible if there's a rare problem - so important to us!
