How we're helping.
For our customers we are operating purely online. All purchases come with a 100% OK-to-return policy if they don't fit, suit or whatever. For our stockists, we have offered marketing collateral and assistance in pivoting their business to an online model. We have received overwhelming gratitude for this free-to-implement service.
For our employees, we continue to update our technology to allow work from home situations. All processes adhere to COVID-19 sanitising guidelines. Our warehouse operates on a policy of closed to public and skeleton staff.
Wellness Footwear are closely monitoring the latest operating advice from official government reports and we will continue to monitor our systems accordingly to ensure the safety of all involved in our processes.
How you can help.
Stage 4 restrictions are in force in Victoria which carry very stringent guidelines around what industries can operate. Those that can, must operate at heavily reduced staffing, with additional safety processes. We ask for your understanding if our service, as well as the postal service, takes a couple of days more than we could normally expect.
Patience, doing what is being asked of us and staying safe is the way forward for all communities.
